    Features and Benefits

The Zeon RS3-G1 is an all-season, high-performance tire and is made to offer year-round performance. Like standard all-season tires, the Zeon RS3-G1 provides better handling and traction in summer heat, rain, and light snow conditions. Let’s take a look at the features of the Zeon RS3-G1 and find out how they benefit drivers.

    • Superior wet traction and stability – For enhanced wet traction and stability, the tire features Cooper’s patented 3D Micro-gauge siping. The tread gets full-depth and variable grooves that help maintain stability as well as wet-weather traction. The wider circumferential grooves prevent the tire from hydroplaning by dispersing the water from the footprint and providing increased traction in wet conditions.
    • Advanced tread life monitoring – Cooper’s innovation in tire technology is very well visible in the tire in the form of the Wear Square Indicator that allows you to see the approximate tread life remaining on the Zeon RS3-G1.
    • Maximized wet grip – With this tire installed on all four rims, you enjoy optimum wet grip. The tire features a Silica compound that provides maximum grip to bite the road in different driving conditions.
    • Quick steering response and high-speed performance – The tire’s inner construction features a two-ply polyester casing that contributes to better handling and ride quality. The high-stiffness bead filler present in the tire controls distortion for quick steering response. The dual steel belts present in the tire are reinforced by a spirally wound and nylon wrap for high-speed performance.
    • Better cornering grip and reduced noise levels – The tire comes with a wider footprint, featuring a silica-rich asymmetric tread compound that improves the cornering and reduces the tread noise levels.
    • Longer tread life – The optimized tread pattern of the tire prevents irregular tread wear and passes the driving pressure across the footprint for increased tread life.
    • Solid warranty coverage – This tire is covered by a 45,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty for non-staggered fitments, and 23,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty for rear of staggered fitments

The Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 is available in 16- to 20-inch rim sizes and its available sizes include: 205/55R16 215/55R17 225/50R18 275/35R19 245/45R20

Every bit as good as those big name brands, they are predictable, have great grip and last better than many of those other guys do yet are reasonably priced. These are summer tires so winter traction is not something they should even be expected to do and as for wet handling, these are still excellent but I don't think there's such a thing as a 5 star wet handling tire. I am a repeat Zeon buyer and think they are excellent value for money.

I have these tires mounted on a 2013 mustang gt 255/40/19 front 285/35/19 old setup was the same tire but 275/40/19 on all 4. With 18k miles still had alot of life left on the tires. Tires have alot of tread life, super quiet, never loss traction with them. Never had these tires spin on me. I feel really confident driving and pushing these tires. Simpletire had the best deals out of anyone online I came across shipping was super quick. For now on I'll be a lifetime simpletire costumer.

Good tire for cornering and grip on any pavement. Smooth ride. Poor on starting from a stop on snow or slush, such as stop signs, traffic lights. Loss of 2mpg on fuel mileage. Poor rolling resistance, drags like a bias-ply tire when I let up on the gas. Chevy Malibu LTZ

These tires ride and hug the road very well. The problem is the thread life, have only been 12000 miles and thread has only about 5000 miles left on them. Did not expect to pay that much and get such a terrible life out of tires.
