I currently drive a FWD 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Special Edition. I previously had a set of Landspider Citytraxx HP tires on this vehicle which drove very well. Nonetheless, I decided to upgrade to a set of new Bridgestone Alenza Prestige tires for added safety and a "Whisper Quiet" cabin. I can honestly say that within the first two months of ownership of these tires, the wet performance safety margin built into these tires absolutely proved itself during several torrential rain storms on both the highway and city streets. Definitely a 5 out of 5 in wet weather! Now, while I will agree that these tires are quiet, I truly believe (after trading up from Landspider Citytraxx HP tires), that claims that these tires are "exceptionally quiet" and/or "whisper quiet" are an exaggeration. This is where I was disappointed. I would recommend these tires for handling and traction, but suggest you lower your expectations as it relates to noise level (i.e., just quiet, versus exceptionally quiet or whisper quiet).

They are best suited for driving on paved roads and offer an enhanced driving experience during daily driving and family road trips in moderate climates. The Alenza Prestige also falls in the same league and comes with a bunch of exciting features discussed below:
- Excellent year-round traction – The Alenza Prestige is optimized for excellent year-round traction and grip. Its advanced tread compound boosts traction and grip in wet weather conditions, and the four circumferential grooves improve water channelling for hydroplaning resistance. The tread of the tire features multiple sipes that additionally boost the tire’s ability to grip mild snowy and wet surfaces, whereas the sharper block edges improve the tire’s performance in dry weather.
- Enhanced ride comfort – The tire features a wide center rib for enhanced ride comfort, and even the compound and tread pattern are optimized to absorb vibrations better for smooth rides.
- Whisper-quiet rides – The Alenza Prestige is also optimized for whisper-quiet rides. Thanks to the use of the patented QuietTrack technology, the noise levels are optimally controlled to promote a pleasant driving experience.
- Long-lasting tread life – This tire also utilizes Bridgestone's proprietary Enliten Technology, which makes the rubber compound robust enough to promote longevity. The Peaklife Polymer of the Alenza Prestige resists irregular and premature wear for consistent performance.
- Improved fuel efficiency – The design and construction of the tire is engineered for better fuel efficiency. The Enliten Technology is also responsible for the tire’s ability to offer better fuel efficiency by reducing rolling resistance.
- Backed by an excellent tread life warranty – The Alenza Prestige is backed by an excellent 70,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty, offering absolute peace of mind to the drivers.
