Claims with cash paid invoices must present a picture of the DOT number on the tire or the tire including the tread name as well as an invoice for approval. Yokohama reserves the right to verify the purchase location.
Claims of lost materials will not be honored unless accompanied by proof of receipt of materials, such as proof of certified mailing.
