Launched in 2000, the Volvo S60 is a compact sedan that took the place of the S70 in the company’s lineup; it’s also available as a wagon (V60) and sports model (S60 R). For model year ‘14, the S60 was in its second generation with facelifted styling, a choice of several engine/drivetrain options and a full suite of driver assistance that includes blind spot monitoring, pedestrian/cyclist alerts, cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control and more. For ‘14, the S60 was available with numerous trim levels, including the ruggedized Cross Country, T5 Premier, T5 R-Design Special Edition, T6, T6 Platinum, T6 Polestar, T6 R-Design and T6 R-Design Platinum.
