2021 Toyota Highlander Tires

Crazy hydroplaning on rainy days. Slip and slide in winter cant even drive in winter with these tires. Dry it drives fine kinda noisy doe

I've ordered from several online tire/choose installer websites. This by far was the worst experience due to poor logistics. Order showed shipped but the carrier was a third party for UPS. Not sure how that works but when I checked the order status several days in a row the location of tires kept showing up at a house in Madera, CA. Some days later the order showed delivered. My install date was somehow changed in the system to a week later than what I input originally. I called the installer. They checked. No tires were delivered. This sucked. I contacted Simple Tire and all they can do was ship out another set of tires. Was looking forward to new tires being installed prior to a road trip that weekend. No solid answer from Simple Tire except they'll reship the order. Did the third party carrier just keep the tires and mark them as delivered? Where's the POD? No follow up from the third party carrier as well? This was a VERY POOR experience for me. Best experience so far is from tirebuyer.com. I won't return to this website to purchase tires. Maybe this is a one off, but I expected better. Rating for Simple Tire is a ZERO/five. 4/5 for the Falkens.
