When it’s time to shop 2021 Tesla Model S tires, remember that tire sizes could be 245/35ZR21 or 245/45R19. We’d recommend summer/ultra-high-performance tires like the Yokohama Advan Apex V601 (with 25k mile treadwear warranty), Falken Azenis FK510, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (30k mile warranty) or Continental ContiSportContact 5P. Summer/UHP tires deliver phenomenal cornering and steering response thanks to a softer, stickier tread formulation, but these tires will stiffen and lose traction on colder days. Summer/UHP tires should not be used when temperatures are below 40-45 degrees F.
