Horrible and Simple Tire is 0 help.
I put these on my 2500 Ram Power Wagon and during the install (I'm a certified master tech for GM) I noticed they were requiring a MASSIVE amount of weight to balance, and even with roadforce matching would come up with high spots. Did the best I could and slapped them on. Immediately noticed the truck had vibration all around. I went back to the shop and balanced them again, doing the force match and everything again....no matter what they would vibrate. I finally just called it a night. Rode on them for a couple days and the truck started having shakes like I've NEVER had. Sent me into death wobble after death wobble. I contacted Simple Tire wanting them to take these junk tires back, and they said I need an invoice from the installer before they can do anything.....I told them over and over I am the installer....I can't create an RO on myself since it was done off the clock. So basically they won't do anything about it. So I got my parts department to overnight me a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws and replaced this garbage with them. Problem gone instantly. So I guess I'm just stuck with this stack of junk tires next to my bay I paid over $1100 for. Thanks for wasting my money Simple Tire, I'll never send another customer your way or use you or recommend Simple Tire or Kanati ever again.
