Horrible tires, impossible warranty process

I've had these for about a year. At first, everything was fine. But then I started to notice a little wobble. I figured, no problem, I'll have them balanced. After a balance at roughly 3000 miles, everything was fine again. Then a few months later I noticed another little wobble. There was also a little bulge in the sidewall of one tire. I contacted Simple Tire, and they said that since I didn't purchase the road side warranty from them, I'd have to go through the manufacture. So I went through their process which required pictures and a description of the issue. They came back and said it was road damage....Bull !@#$. I had my shop check it out and they concurred with me stating that it was a manufacture defect. But after going back and forth a few more times I gave up and just bought another tire. Well...3-4 months later, the wobble is back. The tire shop said I had tread separation in one tire as well and it needed immediate replacement. I ended up buying a whole new set of a different brand. These tires were nothing but trouble and lasted about 10 months (about 9000 miles). Never buying again.
