If there is a defect in workmanship or material within first 50% of the original usable tread, (less 2/32” divided by 2), the company will replace the tire with a comparable new tire. The customer will have to pay certain additional charges and taxes. After the first 50% of the original usable tread, a credit will be given on the purchase of a new comparable tire after calculating the usable tread depth remaining on a pro-rata basis.
