Named after the city in Switzerland, Buick introduced the Lucerne as their flagship-model sedan in model year 2005. The Lucerne blended traditional Buick comfort and style with innovations like blind spot monitoring, interactive cruise control, lane departure alert, bluetooth connectivity and magnetic ride control. With CXL and Super trim levels, the ‘10 Lucerne was available with a choice of two V6 engines or Cadillac’s 4.6L Northstar V8. Depending on trim level, your Buick Lucerne left the factory riding on either Goodyear Eagle RS-A or Bridgestone Turanza EL400-02 tires.
