The Westlake STZC tire is designed for heavier trailering duties (RVs, large boats, etc) and features double steel belts with full nylon cap for strength and durability. Not approved for use on passenger vehicles, the STZC's low-rolling-resistance rubber compound increases fuel efficiency while the tire's four zigzag ribs pump water out of the tread to improve hydroplaning resistance.
