The experience with Simple Tires was great. From the moment I ordered the tires, they were received 2 week later. Got a phone call and email letting me know they were in transit and another phone call and email letting me know that the tires had arrived at the installers. The installers, PEP BOYS, also called me to let me know the tires had been received on their end. My tires were installed (All 4 for $180). I have an Acura MDX and the last time I had tires installed, it cost me about $1300. With Simple tires I spent 50% less. The WHOLE transaction with installation was a little less than $600. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will do it again when the time comes. I was very impressed with how the expectations and communication throughout the transaction were spot on!
