Landsail is a Chinese tire brand owned by Sentury Tire, a company that manufactures tires for both cars and commercial aircraft. Interestingly, its founders were responsible for constructing one of the first completely automated tire manufacturing plants in the world. Landsail's passenger car product portfolio complies with the stringent international ISO criteria for commercial aircraft tire manufacture, and the plant has been made as per the same extraordinary quality and standards.

The Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T is meant for light trucks, and these all-terrain tires sport an aggressive design that offers reliable off-road and on-road traction. There’s also a limited manufacturer warranty on offer, and we have awarded them an average SimpleScore of 7.5. If you’re looking to buy affordable all-terrain tires that make your light truck look good and provide good traction, be sure to read this Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T review.

    Features and Benefits

The CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T displays a distinctively shaped cut at the corner of the groove for added stability and grip on gravel or uneven roads. You’ll find them providing more support when compared with P-rated tires. At the same time, the tire will be able to show the toughness necessary to conquer any terrain. These tires are good enough to be used for commercial purposes as well. Here’s a detailed look at its features and benefits:

    • Good traction on- and off-road: This tire is made using a unique tread design that makes conquering any terrain, whether on or off the beaten path, easy. Sloped corners remove rocks from the tire to generate consistent off-road traction. As per the above, an average traction SimpleScore of 7.2 is suitable here.
    • Certified for severe winter weather: These tires feature the Three Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol, meaning that they’re certified for use in severe winters. The zigzag middle block helps generate more winter adherence.
    • Solid warranty: The Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T comes with a 50,000 mile limited manufacturer warranty.
    • Tremendous strength: These tires are strong enough to be consistently used for hauling and towing, though the capacity would be dependent on the type of vehicle. Based on the above, an average longevity SimpleScore of 7.9 is sufficient.
    • Quiet ride: Though many people may not expect it, this tire can deliver a surprisingly quiet ride due to its staggered middle tread block.
    • Can carry heavy loads: These tires have been constructed for a high load index, which means that they do not lose shape while being subjected to immense pressure.
    • Stable driving: To ensure stable driving on pavement and for peace and comfort, the Rangeblazer tread design incorporates a quiet groove pattern. During our Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T tire review, we felt an average handling SimpleScore of 7.5.

SimpleTire’s view on Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T tires

As an all-terrain tire, the Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T not only provides the requisite grip on light trucks and SUVs but also boosts appearance. This tire is available with a five-pattern block design that was created to drain water and minimize noise under different road and topographic circumstances. Apart from making the groove pattern more dimensional, the high-stability tread cuts corners on all edges to generate stability and comfort. An all-terrain tire is commonly prone to cuts and bruises, which is where the limited manufacturer warranty of 50,000 miles becomes useful. The strength and traction it provides through different features allow us to give a high Landsail CLX10 Rangeblazer A/T rating.

I bought these in a 285/70/17 size for my F150. These are the 1st LT tires I have ever ran and was seriously worried about having a lumber wagon feeling, but wanted the extra load carrying support. To my surprise, and supported by the other reviewers complaint, these are a "soft" riding tire. I run them with only 35 psi and when I tow/haul heavy I pump 'em up along with the air bags. They offer considerably more support than P rated tires, cost just a marginal hit in fuel efficiency and are actually MORE comfortable than the P rated tires. I have since started outfitting the work fleet with them after my personal experience.

I can't accurately answer the above rating questions because they have such a soft sidewall they make my truck feel like it's riding on a water balloon! I haven't felt comfortable driving the truck since I put them on, and because there are no visual defects, they were installed, and I am the installer, I'm having quite a time getting anything done about it! Not the experience I was hoping for...
