This is the third set of good year assurance tires that I have had on my 2007 odyssey van. Great comfortable ride.
Nice tires, they look good and they also have a great ride
Haven't put a lot of miles on the tires yet but they seem to ride and handle well.
Am a rideshare driver driving 50K miles a year. Installed Goodyear Assurance Comfortred 235-55-17 on my 2007 Cadillac DTS luxury model 1 automobile. Got 125K miles on my first set with even wear all around. Just purchased my new set from Simple Tire, the only vendor that Goodyear corporate said still carries them. The buying process was the easiest tire purchase I ever made. Simple, quick, free shipping to an installer is a great way to buy tires. Treadware rated at 740 which is very high, Traction A, Temperature B and lives up to that standard. These are far and away the best tires I have ever owned in my 54 years of driving and carries an 80K mile warranty. Manufacturer discontinued and replaced this tire with a 60K warranty that is supposed to be better. Yeah right. Who do they think they are fooling. They discontinued because the tire lasted too long. If the new replacement tire is better why does it carry a warranty that is 20K less. Here is a professional tip. Never place any respect to a tire review written by Joe Schmo who bought tires recently and jumps right in with his review. The best reviews are written normally after the tires are worn out. An exception would be if the tires were really bad from the get go. Tire Rack.com does intensive testing and reviews tires with many customers after thousands and millions of miles of driving on each brand and specific types of tires. It is a very respectable company that also sells tires and wheels for your ride.
Tires purchased and installed 4 years ago. Good tire with exception of tread life. Only have 31,000 miles on tires and they need to be replaced. GOODYEAR says tread life is rated at 80,000 miles. I paid more thinking I would get a decent life out of the tires. Will not buy any more tires from goodyear.
Had these 205x55x16 inch tires for 3+ years, now with 40,000 miles with about 20 to 25,000 miles remaining. When new, I loved them for their excellent smoothness, braking, handling & turn-in, & they were fairly quiet. At this time, turn-in isn't as positive as new & they are now noisier on rougher pavements. On smooth pavement, they remain fairly smooth & handling & braking are still above average. We'll see how they perform, as they approach 60,000 miles.....(or more?).
Purchased a set of 4 tires in July 2017 and will need to replace two of them in June 2019. We might have put 30k miles on a tire that is supposed to last 70k.
I ride in all conditions and a professional driver that been said. They are excellent and quiet. I just purchased a 2019 ram limited 1500 they came stock on 22inch rim's and they are smooth quiet and the ride is nice before they are warm day or night. I will purchase again.
