Great tires, fast service, but beware the rebate.
The tires are working great. I have done a few long haul outings they are quiet and the ride is nice and smooth. This is in warm/hot dry weather in SoCal. Winter hasnt hit yet so I cant say how they drive in cold icy weather. The tires were delivered on time with no delivery issues. The only thing I could say that was a bad experience is on the rebate front. Simpletire puts that front and center as a selling point. "Get your tires here we offer rebates" to further compete with the likes of walmart, costco, american tires and other tire websites. Unfortunately the rebates werent really through them but the manufacturer. Their site is supposed to help/connect you to get the rebates. Unfortunately the site did not have a proper link. Their customer service although friendly was unable to help or guide/navigate the site rebates section and confirmed that their site didnt show the rebate simpletire was promoting on their opening page. I was told to contact the tire company to try and get my rebate. To much of a hassle to be honest, "screen shot your order and send to bridgestone and explain the situation to see if they can help." They do offer price match but dont include installation cost on that. Costco would have been $15 bucks cheaper and installed. The rebate made it sound like I would've saved $60 but didnt. Going forward I'll probably just go costco or american tires. An actual physical store. But All in all I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5.
