Marketed from 2001 to 2010, the Explorer Sport Trac was Ford's first midsize pickup and was essentially a lengthened Explorer with the rear portion converted to a short truck bed. This four-door pickup was available with a 4.0L V6 or 4.6L V8 engine and was offered in XL, XLT, XLT Premium and Limited trim levels.

A pickup truck like the Explorer Sport Trac was often paired with all-season light truck tires such as the General Grabber APT, Kumho Road Venture AT51, or Yokohama Geolandar H/T G056. All of these strong tires are able to haul materials and perform in dry, wet, and light snow conditions. Got a 4x4 Explorer Sport Trac? Consider all-terrain tires like the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, Toyo Open Country A/T III, Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 A/T, and Falken Wildpeak AT3W for reliable performance on any terrain.
