2013 Chevrolet Volt Tires

The 2013 Chevrolet Volt is the first generation model of the plug-in hybrid vehicle that offers more all-electric range than most plug-ins. Before the operation ceased in 2019, the Volt offered high-tech features, nimble ride quality, agile handling, high safety scores along with a useful max range of 300 miles. 2013 Chevrolet Volt tires could be 215/55R17 for its only Base trim. If you bought a brand new 2013 Chevrolet Volt then your ride could’ve come with a set of Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tires attached.

A very good winter tire at a great price

These tires exceeded my expectations. They are the quietest winter tire I've had. They are actually more quiet than the all seasons they replaced. They seem to handle dry and wet roads as well as all season tires. Haven't had deep snow yet, but they have excellent traction on light snow and ice. The price was less than other name brands, but they don't look or feel like cheap tires.

Good tires so far

I have driven on these tires for about 300 miles and they are very quiet on the road very good traction. I haven't rode them in the rain yet or snow don't plan to go in the snow, but for the price has great value and actually even if these were a brand-name Tire like Bridgestone I don't think I would really know it's a difference. They're great tires.

Worst tires I've ever owned on dry pavement. Car feels disconnected from the road, highway exits I used to take at 50mph trigger the low traction alert at 30 mph. Even staying below advertised safe speed signs on turns, my lost traction light comes on and slows the car. Car feels slow to react in turns and feels squishy in the lane. On grooved pavement the car vibrates and feels scary to drive. I've had these on for 5k miles and car wait to take them off and never put them back on. Every vehicle I have owned since 1999 has had snow tires in the winter and I've never had any tire as awful as these. I have Arctic Cat on my Suv and they are great, and these replaced general altimax arctic tires that were just wonderful. Will never recommend these tires to anyone who wants to feel in control of their vehicle. They do OK in snow, but on dry pavement I don't even feel comfortable driving the car, the same car I've driven 150k miles in since 2013...
