2001 Cadillac Eldorado Tires

Purchased my tires in March. Reached out via email referencing my concerns and issues with no response as of today. Good Day, I hope all is well with you, your family, and friends. My name is Melissa Washington. I placed an order (order #5048211 in March), received my tires, and had them mounted approximately 2- 3 weeks after receiving the tires. The day the tires were mounted, I drove an estimated 3 miles away from the place that mounted the tires when I noticed the shaking of my car while in motion. I immediately returned to the shop thinking the tires were improperly balanced because this problem didn't exist prior to me getting the new tires. The service gentleman ensured me the tires were properly balanced and indicated the car may need an alignment. I took my car to Tire Kingdom received an alignment and the problem still exist. I recently took my car to Walmart and got the tires balanced again...the problem still exist. I want to exchange the tires. I drive my car on the average 2 miles a day if that... sometimes I don't drive it all. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Show quoted text
