Tire Buying Guides
Bridgestone has long been on the cutting edge of tire technology and manufacturing, and with the Ecopia line, they saw a need for a more environmentally-conscious tire that could help save drivers on fuel thanks to lower rolling resistance. They took their already proven all-season tire designs and enhanced them with features like a fuel-saver sidewall compound, oologic technology that includes a narrower tread width, optimized tread pattern, and redesigned profile to help cut rolling resistance. Bridgestone’s Nano Pro-Tech + Silica tread formulation controls the interaction of polymers, filler materials, and other rubber compounds (including up to 5% recycled post-consumer materials such as ground-up tires) to help with fuel efficiency. The result is a family of tires that will deliver the kind of confident year-round traction, sharp and responsive handling, solid road manners, forgiving ride, and long wear that you’ve come to expect from Bridgestone tires, along with lower emissions and fuel consumption for an all-around environmentally-friendly package.
