Eligible tires for the $60 Firestone Prepaid Card: Firestone Destination™ XT, Destination™ MT2, Destination™ AT2 and WeatherGrip™ products. Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 tires purchased, limit 2 rewards per household, customer or address. Retail purchases made between May 5 – May 31, 2025. Participating authorized retailers only. Claim submission required. Certain restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. You will be offered the choice of a digital or physical Firestone Prepaid Card via a card payment confirmation email. All submissions must be filed online at FirestoneRewards.com/Dealer/SimpleTire and received no later than June 10, 2025. Original, fully completed, final paid, and store identified invoice must be included with submission.
