Angled tread blocks enhance grip on- and off-road by forcing mud, dirt, and other debris out of the tread, and the MT781's tough rubber compound guards the tire against punctures, cuts, chips, and abrasions that are common with off-road driving. Additionally, the MT781's large shoulder blocks put more rubber on the ground to boost stability.
