Not a good tire. Sidewalls are severely cracking/dry rotting and my Starfire SF 340's are not even a year old. These tires have never been abused, the air pressure checked regularly, no heavy loads, and properly rotated. Now I will have to replace these even though they still have like new tread. I've read Starfire and Cooper tires are know to have cracking and dry rot issues. I have never had this problem with any other brand I've purchased.

very satisfied with these tires.
Great quality tire at a low cost.
The tires arrived when promised.Great price overall the tires are very good.
Great price
These were horrible. No wet traction at all and the sidewalls developed bulges in a couple spots which concerns me greatly. This is what happens when you get cheap on tires. I learned that I'd be better off finding a good used set of some decent tires than to buy some new ones like these are awful
Get technical:
An all season tire, the SF 340 from Starfire is designed for use on coupes, sedans, CUVs, SUVs, and light trucks and offers drivers strong traction and a long tread life.
Features & Benefits
- All-season tread
- Black sidewall
- Built with a special rubber compound that improves traction and allows for a long tread life
Whether driving to work or simply going to the store, drivers long for a tire that's built to perform in any weather condition. Fortunately, all season tires are built with these drivers in mind and the SF 340 from Starfire does that an more for drivers of coupes, sedans, CUVs, SUVs, and light trucks. Built with deeper lateral shoulder slots that increase traction in dry conditions, the SF 340's solid center rib enhances steering response while circumferential grooves and angled sipes remove water from the tire's contact patch to reduce the risk of hydroplaning.
