Never received the tired I ordered

I wish I knew how the Sampson tires were, unfortunately I was sent a different tire then I ordered that was not rated for what I needed. After 45 minutes on the phone the tires I received the OK to send back the tires to exchange for the correct tires. I was given a refund instead which I only found about when I called to find out when my replacement tires would arrive. I ended up buying my tires from my regular tire guy for $2 per tire more than Simple Tire was selling them for. My local guy makes buying tires simple.
