Great Mud Terrain For A Budget

Purchased in early March 2026, and writing review in early Aug, 2026. Put approx 7-7.5k miles since new, mostly road. For a mud-terrain they are quiet but still a little noisy just due to the nature of tire. It sort-of wears fast, too but thats just the nature of MT's on the pavement, running ~33 PSI on my Jeep. Was really slippery brand new in the wet but once worn in some, it gained a lot of wet traction. (Could be a personal "skill issue" from my old tires and having not adjusted to new ones). Took it off-roading at standard tire pressures and it rocked. Through silty sand + mud, a stream crossing ~2.5ft deep, slated rocks, over knocked down trees and everything in between, did it all. Very good tire for its cost and personally balanced out nice.

Reasonable MT for the cost!

Ordered early March 2026 and review is Early Aug. Put around 7-7.5k+ miles on them since. The On-Road noise is honestly not bad for the tread. Fresh install the wet traction was iffy but after it wore in a little bit it got a lot better (maybe, could be perceived difference from my old set). Being a mud tire, they do kinda wear faster over an AT but that should be expected. Handles trips from SC to TN, Offroad traction at standard pressure (33-36psi), from gravel to being half a wheel or more deep on one side in wet sand was really good. Climbed over fallen trees and slate rock trails and even bits of mud without any slip or skidding. Bought as a JL Rubicon sized tire for my MOAB, and fits well and balanced out as original KM2's, maybe a little worse but not bad for a "cheap tire" at all. Also has provisions in tread for studs for winter/ice. Obviously time of review has no snow, and being in SC snow is not common.

The prinx tires ride really nice and there quite.

The Prinx tires ride really nice and there quite. I have had them in the deep sand and they preformed excellent. I have not had them long enough to evaluate tread wear or winter driving yet.

Best value 33s I could find

Loaded with features and triple peak certified, these m/t tires are the best value option I could find. Minimal noise and smooth, these balanced without issue. Excited to have these on my off road truck, they look great and are good quality.

Great budget tires

Great tires so far, balanced out well, ride and handle pretty good. They hum alittle at around 55 but most mud tires do. I bought a set of 285/75/16s for my 2500hd and they do run a tad narrow compared to other 285s. Would definitely buy again

So far great tire

Purchased these as a cost effective replacement for my Jeep Wrangler. Just about a month and 1000 miles and tires have been great! Balanced out well, road force was far better then expected, ride great and normal MT road noise but not obnoxious! Driven through rain and some ice/snow and have done great! ( I did air down a bit for snow ) Overall great tire for the money!
