I purchased these to change from R1 Ag tread because they were terrible for snow removal on my paved driveway. They also marked the lawn pretty heavily. The OTR Grassmaster's have improved both situations. Better traction and steering on icy pavement, and much less turf damage. I do not have a farm property. I have mostly lawn with a paved driveway and some woods that I occasionally retrieve firewood, and mostly use my BX23 TLB to move snow in the winter and move mulch, light backhoe work, spread dirt, and lift brush and other heavy objects in the summer. Very glad I made the switch. Like the brand from previous machines.
