These tires were put on my C7 which has 460 HP with 7 speed stick. They don't hold well on dry asphalt till they have been heated up with some burn out. They do ride great and are quite on all pavement. These tires will hold from a 40 mph full throttle. They handle surprisingly well on wet pavement under normal driving...but that's not what they were purchased for. I would recommend them to anyone that is purchasing tires to hold under full throttle.
These are drag tires so the star ratings don't really apply here. The tires hook great at the track and on the street for daily driving. They lasted longer than expected too. They need to warm up a little bit but overall I'm happy. My car made just under 700hp when I bought these tires and with a decent burnout at 18psi they hook 100%. Night and day over the Bridgestones I had before. Best drag tire you can daily drive by far.
I have a 2018 gt mustang with 835 whp still spins from a dead stop but will hook in second now and from a roll better hang on zpulls like a freight train now instead of spinning love the tires !
Best tire for high horsepkwer cars to run on the street..much better quality and traction than your famous Mickey ss tires..
I have a 1390 HP twin turbo Boss 302. This tire is the best gripping one I have found. It's still dog shit with that much HP but it rides well under small boost and noise is minimal. Good tire. Doesn't last more than 6 to 8 months tho. Very soft compound that doesn't do well in S Florida heat. But I do recommend it.
Probably the best gripping tire I've had on my c6 so far. Not monster HP just bolt ons. Great from a dig on most roads with little to no burnouts needed.
These are drag tires, not for winter driving. They are great summer tires that grip the pavement. Installed on my supercharged 15 Mustang GT with 620rwhp and they perform amazingly when warmed up. Tread wear is as expected for a soft rubber compound tire. Definitely will buy these again.
I switched from the Mickey Thompson ET Streer SS to the Nitto NTO5R and I'm in love with the Nitto's. These things are amazing I would recommend them to anyone that's needs a tire that will hook, these are for you!
