I have had the Nankang N883 Mudstart (LT235-80R16) on my older Ford F250 for about 2 years. The tread wear has been very good. EXCELLENT performance in muddy/off-road conditions and VERY good in the snow....and we get a lot of it here in northern Utah. I've taken this truck on some really rocky, nasty roads hunting and have not had a flat. I was worried about buying these since I never heard of Nankang before, but I'm very impressed and love way these tire perform. They do growl a bit on pavement, but I do mainly dirt/off road driving with these. When I do take them on the highway, they are perfectly balanced and drive great.

Good mud tires. Handle exceptionally well for being mud tires. Don't know the tread life yet... Or winter traction. Only put 1500 miles on so far. Drive a lot of gravel so we will see

I'm not going to rate the winner yet because I haven't drove them in the winter I'm very particular about what I do and how I do it I took these tires through test and they held up now the big test is winter that's what I bought them for Cleveland Ohio winners are treacherous I want to see if they can hold up once I see that I'll give them a full rating in the winter Department and that's the biggest test of them all winter
