I am in the Arizona desert, and I do not really leave this area, so I cannot not say anything about winter traction. Winter here in the Arizona desert is not like winter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. These are MUCH better than the ones I had on my 1988 E-350 diesel. The ones that were on there were 11 years old, but these are more quite, smoother ride, and I think I stop shorter.
These tires are an amazing value. I bought them for my church van. I couldn't be happier with the tires I got for the price. 377 dollars for 4 tires delivered. AMAZING! This was my second set from Simple Tire. The Westlake brand was installed on my Cadillac. Extremely smooth and great control. The van tires I installed myself with a manual tire changer and balanced with 5 ounces of ceramic balancing beads each. It is by far the nicest ride imaginable. If you are reading this, you must be close to making a decision. I highly recommend this tire from Simple Tire. From the time of purchase until they arrive you will be able to track the delivery. This is an awesome company and has your choice of tire at a price that can't be beat. You will not be disappointed.
