2 out of 4 tires were a little disfigured and we sent them back. The first ones came fast,the replacement 2 not so fast as they forgot to ship them until after around a week or so when we notified them. Then about a week later they were at our door. Customer service was apologetic and friendly. I put these tires on a 07 grandprix and we have been getting beat up this wisconsin winter by the snow and ice.i chose these tires because of the siped tread design shedding slush and water out and to the side. Best traction tires me and my girlfriend have ever had for the winter. Excellent ride and handling. Are van jetson of a different tread went 100000 miles.awsesome. these tires have very deep tread hope they will do 60 to 80000 miles
