I had one of my tires (front right) get damaged during winter driving conditions. When I brought the tire back for warranty refund at Shams Auto in Calgary. The owner was quite rude and said the tire manufacturer only gives a pro-rated warranty so he would get back to me after a couple of days. When I called back after a few days he said I had to purchase another tire from him to get the warranty. I thought this was daylight robbery!! And said i will NOT purchase a tire from him whatever the case. After quite some discussion he agreed to send me the refund $60 only for a tire that was barely used!! I was choked and haven't even gone to collect the warranty. Is this how this company treats customers??

I think these tires are a very nice snow tire..
