The Goodyear ELV-4b is an off-the-road (OTR) tire that's designed for general port service and features a deep angled tread, extra-thick bead bundle, reinforced casing and sidewalls, and a bias ply construction. The ELV-4b is designed for good air retention, resistance to damage and stability in lift mode, and includes a specialized, retreadable rubber compound that resists tears, punctures and abrasions.
