Trailer tires might look a lot like light truck tires, but they have some pretty significant differences in design and construction. Trailer tires have a unique set of stresses and loads, which is why tire makers specify that light truck tires shouldn’t be used for trailers, and trailer tires should never be used on vehicles. The Gladiator QR25-TS is a trailer tire with an average SimpleScore of 7.7 that’s designed for camper trailers and light industrial use, and is available in a variety of sizes and load ratings for your application. Let’s go in for a closer look with this Gladiator QR25-TS review:

SimpleTire’s view on Gladiator QR25-TS Trailer tires
For light to medium trailering duties, the Gladiator QR25-TS is an excellent choice. The QR25-TS is designed for stable, composed towing at highway speeds (the N speed rating is much higher than you’ll find on many trailer tires), and the tread pattern encourages excellent straight-line tracking with minimal trailer sway or wander. Wet-weather performance is good, as the Gladiator’s four wide circumferential grooves are designed to efficiently remove water from the tire’s contact patch and resist hydroplaning.
With a ply rating of up to 14, the Gladiator QR25-TS would be a great selection for larger, heavier camper trailers. Its combination of steel belts, a polyester casing and nylon cap ply make it a durable tire that’s very stable at highway speeds. The ozone-resistant tread formulation is a welcome feature as well, considering how many trailers spend months outside in the weather and may not be driven very frequently. As always, the Gladiator QR-25 TS is purpose-built as a trailer tire and should never be mounted on vehicles.
Vehicles the Gladiator QR25-TS Trailer is a replacement tire for
The Gladiator QR25-TS would be a good trailer tire for applications such as:
- Livestock haulers
- Toy haulers for motorcycles, jet skis, etc
- Equipment trailers for landscaping, construction, and remodeling
- Small to medium-size camper trailers
- Boat trailers
- Car haulers

Very good trailer tire
Good for the price would buy again
I put the Gladiator tires on my 44' toy hauler and they are amazing. The trailer pulls great and seems to have less sway when at highway speeds. I have been on and off road with these tire from Oklahoma to Utah and back they hold up great in the hot desert heat and cold mountain climate. I noticed very little air pressure change compared to other brands that I have had in the past.
I needed to get new wheels with the trailer tires. So, I have not been able to use them yet. Sorry. Maybe you can lead me to some inexpensive rims.
Put these tires on my cyclone toy hauler. Very impressed how cool they run at 75 mph in the Texas heat 235/80r16 . The Gladiator tires are a great Rv tire , my cyclone toy hauler has 3 axles, I normally pull it at speeds at speeds between 70 and 80, but I am a retired heavy haul truck driver , Gladiator tires are the coolest running tires I have ever had and I am on my 8th Rv these tires never did get hot at speeds of 75 mph and That says a lot in the Texas Heat ! Buy you some before your next Rv run you will be happy! My Rv friends here at home are making the switch! Happy camping!
I would get these tire agen and tell some one els to get them also for their trailer but i would tell them to get them from their local tire store are another website
Best trailer tires I've found. I've had GY endurance tires and these are better. I pull my trailers half way across the country every week and not a single issue. Can't beat the 87mph rating!
These tires start separating and I got air pockets close to the wheel.
