Simple tire was great! I would recommend!
Shimmy..3 balance..still not good
Handling is great! No shimmying, no swaying.
Great ride & handling. Very little balancing required.
Very nice tires wear well on my Honda element.
Great tires. Put them on my car and my daughter's. We both have Ford escapes. Gave then high marks on all categories. As far as Simpletire, I have bought 4 sets over the last few years. Always great service, I have received them at home and also had them delivered to a shop. Both processes were seamless. Great company. Also had a rebate on one set and that worked out great.
I love these Ultimax tires. They are on all 3 of my cars. I also have the Ultimax arctic on separate rims for winter. Love em!!
Great little tires so far. Much smoother ride and quieter than the Michelin Defenders that I replaced. Don't know about tread life on these tires yet, but the Michelins were rated for 90,000 miles wear and the set I had on did not even last 42,000 miles!! Hoping for more with the Generals!!
I havn't driven in the snow yet so cant rate that!

Features & Benefits
- All-season tread

Taking the kids to school and heading to work is a staple for many drivers, and the AltiMax RT43 from General Tire is designed with those drivers in mind. Featuring an all season tread design, the AltiMax RT43 provides year round traction and comfort so that drivers receive consistent performance on dry, wet, and snowy roads. A built in Replacement Tire Monitor tells drivers when it's time for new tires by saying "replace tire" on the tread. The AltiMax RT43 also puts more rubber on the road to not only increase traction, but to give the tire a longer lifespan so that drivers can spend more time on the road.
