Get technical:
A studless winter tire, the Himalaya Kattura from Fortune Tires is a winter tire that's designed for use on compacts and sedans and offers drivers reliable stability and traction in winter weather.
Features & Benefits
- All-weather tire designed for sedans, minivans, and crossovers
- Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified for severe winter conditions and M+S rated for mud and snow traction
- Symmetric all-weather tread with a continuous center rib for enhanced stability
- 70,000 mile limited manufacturer's tread life warranty
- Dense network of sipes and snow enhancers for superior traction in snowy conditions
Winter weather typically brings ice, slush, and snow with it, which can make daily driving far more difficult than it needs to be. Fortunately, winter tires are designed to give drivers consistent grip and performance in these lower temperatures, and the Himalaya Kattura from Fortune Tires was built with compact and sedan drivers in mind. Featuring a special winter rubber compound that improves fuel efficiency, the Himalaya Kattura's V shaped tread grooves strengthen control while tread bars improve steering.
