Got a set with a used truck in Colorado. They were studded. My truck was unstoppable. Moved back to Michigan and had to pull the studs to use them legally. Still great tires for what you'd expect. Had to replace one (which is the one I bought on this site) because a big brand tire shop destroyed one of my originals. The boxy pattern provides great clearance for sloppy stuff, like mud and snow. Traction in all planes. I've put them through three seasons so far and I love them.

Come winter time in Michigan these go on, I have to deliver on days you wish you never went outside. As with any tire if you go to fast you're asking for it. But I rely on these WinterForce tires to ge me through tough winter days and they do. I would definitely recommend these for winter.
Received tires but have not used them yet as it is summer. Delivery was good and price was more than competitive.
These are the best all around snow tires I have ever had for my truck in snow and slush. Very aggressive tread with wide grooves for cleaning out packed in snow. They are not the best on ice but I still feel confident when it is icy out. The sipes only last for 2 or 3 seasons and then the tread gets a little harder and they are not as good on ice. I usually get 6-8 seasons out of them total driving in the North East and doing about 4-5 K miles a winter. They are still good in snow down to 3/32nds. They wear very even if you keep rotated. Keep these tires a little under inflated at 28 PSI for best results. You don't want to wear the centers down too quickly on dry pavement. If you do not put a lot of miles on them each season put studs in them and they will be the perfect tire for you for 3-5 seasons, except they get a little noisy with the studs. For the price and performance you cannot beat these tires as an all around great snow tire!
good snow traction, decent on icy packed snow. only a few hundred miles so far, so cannot comment on tread life. good price, and can't beat free shipping.
These are my 4th set of winterforce tires, very amazing and far and away better than blizzak tires.
Just put these on my Ford f 150 snowplow truck. Great traction and great handling. Just a little road noise. Absolutely the best snowplow tires that I have used in 20 years of plowing.
Great tires, your just can't beat the price.
Mounted on a 2wd Dodge Ram, the truck handles like it has 4x4 in the snow. I had mine studded on all four. Amazing snow and ice traction.
These winter tires are unbelievable. I had them studded and mounted on my 2001 Dodge 1500 2wd with a homeowner snow plow mounted to the front. With some weight in the bed, my truck was able to plow through 5" of heavy wet snow. The truck handles like a 4X4 with these tires.
