These Firestone tires are on the front axle of a Kubota L3400DT tractor. I place extreme demands on all my equipment maintaining roads and bridges on a mountainous estate. The tires cost a bit more than the offshore substitutes but the extra strength and durability is worth it. Goodyear lasted 8 yrs but had bad cuts and chunks missing, Deestone was gone in 1 1/2 yrs. After several days of work on rough rock trails the mold fuzz is not yet worn away on the Firestones. I want only the best for safety and dependability and these look like they are it.

I exclusively now use these on all of our skid loaders. We have used probably 30 sets of these now, and flats are almost completely eliminated, and we haven't had a set get less than a 1000 hours of useage yet. Sidewalls are heavy, and they don't slash easily like some brands. We have used dozens of other brands, and nothing other than Michelin have compared to the life and resistance to flats. Old Galaxy beefy baby 2's had great wear, but tendency to sidewall issues with age. Most others only get about half the life of these. We would use Michelin more often, but can't justify the 180 per tire price difference.
