IMO these tyres should never be allowed
I can honestly say, over 40 years of purchasing tyres for out cars the Federal SS657 tyres are the worst. In the Wet they are absolute horror.

Bought these for my Prius, and I'm really surprised they are so quiet for this price. They handle well and are very decent in rain. I haven't had them long and haven't used them in snow, so I can't comment on those things, but so far I'm really happy with them.
