These tires have exceeded expectations in both wet and dry conditions. Just last week on icy and slick roads, they handled beautifully! From what I could find online, they are actually manufactured by Cooper tire, the same company that makes the "Roadrunner" brand tires for Fleet Farm (or so I've heard).
Decent quality tire for the price
