They're nice looking tires and they sling allot of mud but they have little to no traction in loose dirt or mud and spin very easily any time it rains great for a bro looking for a cool tire terrible for actual off road use
Great tire the only problem is I got the 305/70r16 looks great until your driving in slush/snow and hit a deep Grove will pull in either direction just from the width but never once gotten stuck in mud or snow
These tires have been amazing on my 1992 Nissan Pathfinder. I have tortured them off road and done plenty of on road driving yet they show little wear, no punctures, and just a couple small chips in the tread blocks even after 32k miles with nearly half in the desert and mountains. They handle very well on and off road and have better traction than any off-road tires I have tried before, even better than the already great Toyo Open Country MTs. The road noise is minimal for an agressive off-road tire, and yet they have gotten me through places such as deep sand and heavy clay where my buddies following me got stuck and were still good enough for me to pull them out. Did some mountain driving in foot deep snow and never struggled for traction up steep rocky slopes on elk and bear hunts this past winter. I am done trying new tires because these are my go to tire from now on for my trucks and SUVs
I am very happy with my extreme country tires, the ride good, are not too loud, and seem to be wearing good. I have a vintage power wagon that I don't drive in the winter, but otherwise the tires preform well.
Great Tire, little bit of road noice, but love the grip!
Decent MT's but could definitely be better. They're pretty loud & don't do nearly as well in the snow as I would like. They look good though lol very beefy and aggressive looking.
I have owned these tires for about 15k miles. I have them on my 04 Lexus GX470 with a lift. They look great and I am very happy with the performance. I live in SW Utah, there are some challenging dunes, clay mud, and rocks here. They spread out great and grip great. I look forward to buying them again. Especially if I get a good deal on them from simple tire again. If you'd like pictures of the tires in action check out allwaysadventure .com
I have had these on for about a thousand miles and so far so good! They do have some road noise.. but that should be expected. I have 35x12.5x17 on my 18 JLU Rubicon and they feel great! Off road they are nice and do get great traction in the mud. They work great on wet and try pavement as well.. I can't attest to winter yet, but I'll update as I go! Great tire for the price! Can't beat it!!
A great time at a great price
Bought these in a 31" for my 2000 jeep wj with 2" lift. Tires look great, have the aggressive look i wanted. Balancing was simple. Haven't had them on long so can't comment on wear. Also have not had them in snow. Great traction on road. Off road they are very good. I have yet to get stuck while wheeling. Dirt, grass, gravel, mud, rocks, etc; all no problem. I was in a creek today and climbed a 2 foot vertical, algae covered waterfall. Up and back down no slip whatsoever. Road noise is there, but that is expected with mud tires. SimpleTire had the best price and fast delivery. I've been recommending you guys to everyone. Thanks.
