WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY CAPITOL PRECISION TRAC III TIRES! Purchased 4 tires for my car. 3 of the 4 tires failed the same way. They all bulged at the treads. All failed within 3 months of purchasing. Obvious manufacturing & design issue with the structure and belts of the tires. These tires are extremely dangerous and I'm surprised they are still allowed for sale. They are also extremely noisy tires. Again please avoid these tires!!!
There is some th ire whine, but this doesn't bother me at all. I think it's a good tire for the price. Definatly would buy another set.

The loudest tires I have ever owned.The last Chinese tires I will ever buy.
Noise is horrible from these tires worse with every mile. They shake violently the whole truck hops tire shop says all 4 are out of round have yet to get my truck on the interstate since installing them. I will be buying a new set of tires asap that aren't made in China. Waist of time and money.
