Great budget tires but won't last

I only had these tires for a year, and the thread after 18k miles is starting to signs of heavy wear, the tire itself is very soft and prone to punctures from nails I've had to re-patch all 4 tires due to the amount of nails that have punctured the cars tires within a year and I only use the Vehicle for work. Great price but don't expect them to last, will leak air bad
