Put these on my 2001 Jeep XJ and they have exceeded expectations off-road, also they are pretty much how you'd expect an aggressive mud tire to be on pavement... tolerable

An aggressive tread pattern works with dual stage shoulder lugs to enhance traction and handling performance in tough off-road terrains, and the Desert Hawk MT's special rubber compound guards the tire against cuts, chips, and abrasions, and other damage that's common with off-road driving for a longer tread life.
