SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

SimpleTire’s Race to Charlotte Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the drawing and prizes.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.

Employees of the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, or Prize Provider and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes using one (1) of the following methods:

Instagram Entry

• During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Instagram and:
• Follow @simple_tire;
• Follow @rfkracing;
• “Like” the “pinned” Official SimpleTire’s Race to Charlotte Giveaway post; and
• “Tag” at least three (3) friends who would enjoy the giveaway in a comment on the “pinned” Official SimpleTire’s Race to Charlotte Giveaway post.

Completion of all required steps constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

Eligible participants may alternatively enter the Sweepstakes without using Instagram by emailing entry@simpletire.com during the Sweepstakes Period with the subject line “Race to Charlotte Giveaway Entry.”

The email must include the entrant’s full name and state of residence and must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Completion of the AMOE requirements constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per eligible participant during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

An eligible participant may enter through Instagram or through the Alternative Method of Entry, but use of both entry methods will not result in additional entries or increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

All eligible entries received through either method will be included in the same random drawing and will have an equal chance of winning.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator and any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, not to Instagram.

PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) / ODDS

Two (2) prizes will be awarded to two (2) separate winners.

GRAND PRIZE — RACE TO CHARLOTTE VIP EXPERIENCE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A VIP racing experience to the stock car in Concord, North Carolina, scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET (“Race”).

Grand Prize ARV: $802

The VIP race experience includes:

• 2 VIP Passes, which will allow the Grand Prize Winner and guests access to the garage pre-race and access to the pits pre-race and during the race.
• Pre-race Meet and Greet with an RFK Driver, Ryan Preece
• A Pre-race tour of an RFK hauler
• A Pre-race meal at RFK's food tent, Kat's Kitchen

The Grand Prize Winner and guest must be 18 years or older and must present a valid government identification to pick up their pit/garage passes. The time and location of the meet & greet (and driver participation therein) and hauler tour are in the sole discretion of Sponsor and RFK Racing, and subject to availability. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all travel to and from the Race and all other costs associated with attending the race (including but not limited to parking, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, personal charges and other incidental expenses). No grandstand tickets are included in the VIP race experience. Sponsor, Sponsor Administrator and RFK will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen passes. Sponsor, Sponsor Administrator and RFK are not responsible if any portion of the VIP race experience, including without limitation, the meet & greet, tours or the Race, is delayed, postponed, substituted, cancelled or rescheduled and in such an event, the Grand Prize Winner will not receive the postponed, cancelled or rescheduled portion of the Grand Prize and in such case, any difference in the actual retail value and stated retail value will not be awarded. The pit/garage pass and access to the pit and garage areas are subject to rules, regulations and guidelines which must be strictly followed. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to individually register electronically for the pass and agree to terms and conditions related to the use of the pit/garage pass, including a liability waiver, in order to obtain the pit/garage pass and no one other than the person registered for the pass is allowed to use the pass once registered. The Grand Prize Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the VIP race experience unless Sponsor and RFK consents in writing. The Grand Prize Winner and their guest are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodations and for possessing all identification and documentation necessary to attend the event.

The Grand Prize Winner’s guest must comply with all applicable venue, event, ticketing, credential, and Sponsor requirements.

The Grand Prize is subject to event, venue, ticketing, credential, and security policies and any other restrictions imposed by RFK, Charlotte Motor Speedway, or other applicable event organizers.

The event date and time are subject to change for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control. If the Race is postponed, delayed, rescheduled, modified, or otherwise affected, the Grand Prize will be subject to the policies and procedures applicable to the credentials provided. Sponsor are not responsible for costs incurred by the winner or guest resulting from a postponement, cancellation, delay, or schedule change.

The Grand Prize Winner and guest must attend the event together unless otherwise approved by the Sponsor.

No compensation or substitution will be provided for any portion of the Grand Prize that the winner or guest does not use.

SECOND PRIZE — SIMPLETIRE TIRE PACKAGE

One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) set of four (4) new tires from SimpleTire. Additionally, SimpleTire will cover the cost of standard installation for the set of four (4) new tires at a qualified installer in SimpleTire’s network or a qualified installer approved by SimpleTire and located near the winner’s home address.

The Second Prize is subject to the following parameters.

Tires

• One (1) set of four (4) new tires from SimpleTire.
• Limited to passenger or light truck tires.
• Selected tires must be available on SimpleTire.com and currently in stock.
• Tire selection is subject to availability.
• Maximum tire value: $1,500.
• Delivery within the continental United States only.

Installation

SimpleTire will coordinate standard tire installation for the Second Prize tires at a qualified installer in SimpleTire’s network or other qualified installer approved by SimpleTire and located near the winner’s home address.

Standard tire installation may include shipping of the new tires to the installer, tire mounting and balancing, rubber valve stems, TPMS sensor reset where applicable (not including a new kit or sensor), and disposal of the old tires, subject to the services available through the selected installer.

Maximum installation value: $150.

Total ARV of the Second Prize: $1,650.

TOTAL SWEEPSTAKES ARV

The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes is $2,452.

Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

RANDOM DRAWING

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in accordance with these Official Rules.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding.

Drawing Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026

The first eligible entrant randomly selected will be designated the potential Grand Prize Winner.

The second eligible entrant randomly selected will be designated the potential Second Prize Winner.

An entrant may not win more than one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes.

Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from an official SimpleTire Instagram account or an email from brooke.vogelsang@simpletire.com on or about Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Grand Prize Winner

Due to the time-sensitive nature of the Grand Prize, the potential Grand Prize Winner must respond to the initial winner notification and confirm their willingness to accept the Grand Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, IRS Form W-9 and, where allowable, Publicity Release (collectively, the “Documentation”) within the timeframe specified by the Sweepstakes Administrator.

The Documentation may require the potential Grand Prize Winner to furnish their Social Security Number solely for tax-reporting purposes where required by law.

If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours, declines the prize, fails to complete required Documentation within the timeframe provided, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Because the Grand Prize is associated with an event occurring on October 11, 2026, Sponsor reserve the right to establish shortened response and verification deadlines for any alternate potential Grand Prize Winner as reasonably necessary to facilitate prize fulfillment before the event.

Only two (2) alternate potential Grand Prize Winners may be selected through this process, after which the Grand Prize may remain unawarded.

Second Prize Winner

The potential Second Prize Winner must respond to the initial winner notification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, IRS Form W-9 and, where allowable, Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.

If the potential Second Prize Winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to complete required Documentation, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential Second Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Second Prize Winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Only two (2) alternate potential Second Prize Winners may be selected through this process, after which the Second Prize may remain unawarded.

The Second Prize will be fulfilled within approximately forty-five (45) days after the Second Prize Winner has been verified and has completed the tire-selection and installation-coordination process.

Grand Prize tickets, credentials, instructions, and/or other applicable materials will be provided or made available to the verified Grand Prize Winner before the scheduled event in accordance with instructions provided by the Sponsor.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Under no circumstances will an entrant be awarded more than one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are not assignable or transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator.

Sponsor and the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any limitations that prevent a Prize winner from accepting or using the awarded Prize. Sponsor and the Released Entities are not responsible and shall not be liable if the Prize is declined, undeliverable or not redeemed

There will be no cash redemption, exchange, or substitution of prizes except that the Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any component becomes unavailable.

Any incidental expenses relating to the acceptance, receipt, travel, attendance, installation, or use of a prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prizes. Where required by law, a winner may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 to SimpleTire or another applicable Sponsor for tax-reporting purposes. All tax obligations arising from a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission for the Sponsor to use a winner’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photographs, video, social media posts, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

EVENT-RELATED CONDITIONS

The Grand Prize Winner and their guest must comply with all rules, requirements, policies, security procedures, codes of conduct, ticket terms, credential restrictions, and other conditions established by Charlotte Motor Speedway, RFK, the Sponsor, event organizers, sanctioning bodies, and/or other applicable parties.

Sponsor and RFK reserve the right to revoke or terminate any event-related portion of the Grand Prize if the winner or guest engages in disruptive, unsafe, threatening, unlawful, obnoxious, or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor, RFK or any applicable event organizers or their representative in its or their sole and absolute discretion) or violates any applicable event or venue requirement. Decisions regarding the conduct of the winner in all aspects of their participation in the VIP race experience will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, RFK or any of their representatives and final and binding in all respects. Grand Prize Winner may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption, or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate act. If a Grand Prize Winner or guest who, in the opinion of Sponsor, RFK or any applicable event organizers or any of their representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, he/she may be removed from any premises relating to the prize and winner consents to such removal.

Sponsor and RFK do not guarantee any particular race result, driver participation, driver appearance, team appearance, access opportunity, schedule, seating location, hospitality experience, or other event activity unless expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize in these Official Rules.

GENERAL

Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge that all decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator are final.

Participating entrants and prize winners release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, Prize Provider, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors, members, representatives and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from claims, demands, losses, actions, , liability, injury (including without limitation bodily injury, sickness, disease, death) and/or damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or a winner’s acceptance, possession, attendance, travel associated with, use, or misuse of a prize and any third-party products, venues, events, activities, parts, or services associated with a prize.

Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and Prize Provider are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or publication of an offer or promotion, administration of the Sweepstakes, selection or notification of winners, or announcement or description of a prize. Simple Tire and RFK disclaims any and all warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express or implied, with respect to the Sweepstakes and Sweepstakes prizes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the Instagram account used to submit the entry. Sweepstakes Administrator may require an entrant or potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to establish that they control the Instagram account associated with the applicable entry.

Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, or entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated device, artificial intelligence, or other automated means are void.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, deleted, inaccessible, or otherwise invalid entries; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alterations of entry materials; (iii) technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, software, Internet, social-platform, or other malfunctions of any kind; (iv) inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information because of technical problems or Internet traffic; or (v) any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any Force Majeure Event.  The term “Force Majeure Event” as used herein shall mean, without limitation, the following:  acts of God; strikes, lockouts or other labor or industrial disturbances; acts of public enemies; war; cyber-attack; orders or restraints of any kind from any governmental, civil or military authority or from any of its departments, agencies or officials (except when such governmental action results from a party’s failure or refusal to comply with any applicable law, rule, or regulation); insurrections; riots; power failure or surges; landslides; earthquakes; fires; storms; lightning; droughts; floods; explosions; pest damage; viruses; plagues; diseases; epidemics; pandemics; acts or omissions of communications or other carriers; and any other cause or event not reasonably within the control of the Released Parties.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and by the decisions of the Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

Sponsors and/or Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person they reasonably believe has violated these Official Rules. Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator also reserve the right to withdraw or modify a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise incapable of operating as intended.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, social-platform disruption, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Administrator affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify individuals and/or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. If appropriate, the Sweepstakes Administrator may conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the action was taken.

LEGAL WARNING

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH, OR VANDALIZE ANY WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT, SERVER, OR STORAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR AND SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator, or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEY’S FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF; AND (E) THE PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS, WAIVERS, OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

DISPUTES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through binding arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties.

In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS.

If JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a Demand for Arbitration, either party may elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or another mutually agreeable arbitration administration service.

If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania unless an alternative location is mutually agreed upon.

The federal or state law applicable to these Official Rules will also apply during arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with proceedings involving the claims or controversies of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if a court or arbitrator determines that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, the agreement to arbitrate will not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Administrator agree to pay administrative and arbitrator fees in excess of $200.00 to conduct the arbitration, specifically excluding any legal, travel, or other costs incurred by the entrant to participate in or attend an arbitration hearing.

Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
