Purchase a set of four (4) new qualifying Kumho tires in a single transaction between September 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026, and receive an $80 Prepaid Mastercard® with the purchase of any of the following eligible tires:

Enter your purchase information and upload a copy of your receipt.
Click “Submit Your Claim” to receive your claim reference number.
