Eligible tires for the $70 Bridgestone Prepaid Card: Weatherpeak TM products. Limit 1 reward per each set of 4 tires purchased, limit 2 rewards per household, customer or address. Retail purchases made between May 5 – May 31, 2025. Participating authorized retailers only. Claim submission required. Certain restrictions apply. Void where prohibited. You will be offered the choice of a digital or physical Bridgestone Prepaid Card via a card payment confirmation email. Not redeemable for cash.

All submissions must be filed online at BridgestoneRewards.com/Dealer/SimpleTire and received no later than June 10, 2025. Please allow 4 – 12 weeks for fulfillment of the physical Prepaid Card, if ordered. Visit BridgestoneRewards.com or call (800) 926-3716 to check the status of your claim after 4 weeks.

Original, fully completed, final paid, and store identified invoice must be included with submission.
