Designed specifically for use in snow and slush, the Maxxis MA-PW Presa Snow tire features a special rubber compound that stays flexible at lower temperatures, with a directional winter tread pattern, sipes and microgrooves to boost grip, and a notched shoulder that enhances lateral traction. As winter tire, the MA-PW Presa Snow utilizes softer rubber compound that wears quickly in warmer temps, which means the tire should not be used when it's consistently warmer than 45 degrees.
