I had a blowout in an isolated area of Eastern Oregon. The tire is under warranty. I contacted the retailer. The retailer told me to visit my closest Hercules distributor. The retailer in Bandon, OR refused to assist me because "he only sells the tires, he doesn't support them". Then, I contacted Hercules Customer support. He told me that I needed to 'bring them the blowout tire'. I told him that the blownout tire had burned (a terrible burned rubber smell) and therefore that I could not put it into my trailer. However, I did take a picture of the blownout tire... ?--?Beware! Horrible support for road hazard damage! Hercules wants me to put this stench inside my camper and drive to a distributer. This would endanger my family and my camper! So, my take-away is "According to Hercules I am a liar, unless I bring them the tire!"
