Decent tire for the price. They handle well on dry and decent in rain (not driven in any snow). The noise levels are average. However, after 5000 miles one tire of the four purchased had a belt slip causing a bulge which now has to be replaced. I recommend that a road hazard be purchased if you buy these inexpensive tires.
