Works great when dry and hot out! Slight mist of rain? Well I hope you like skidding out on every stop you do! Even in second gear at a stop and the most gentle press of the gas will make these tires spin in even a spill of water. I don't recommend of you live in a rain prone environment.
I live in a mountainous region with winding roads and curves and so far these tires handle like a beast and keep my Scion FR-S secure and planted, even in heavy rain. My previous tires were Pilot Sport from Michelin and while those were extremely good they also cost 3x as much as these for VERY similar performance on the road and for a casual track day. These are worth every little penny for budget UHP summer tires DO NOT use these on snow or any super cold day as these are summer tires people!

I purchased these last year for my 06 Pontiac Solstice. They had good reviews and decided to try them. The whole process was easy using simple tire. The local shop I picked for installation let me know when the tires arrived and times for me to drop off the car for installation. These tires have been great so far for the driving I use the car for. The tires have been good on dry and wet roads.
Very sticky compound! Love the tires!! Only one complaint is they flat spot in 48 hours but goes away every time within 3 miles or so. I can hit about 10 psi in first before they begin spinning! Fwd.. and ive been able to increase my cornering speed! Tires are made in Vietnam. I would buy them again at the price I paid however they have increased into another league of tires and I may shop options when the time comes
