Check out the GT Radial Maxmiler series of commercial tires and what they have to offer:

GT Radial Maxmiler Pro

GT Radial Maxmiler Pro

The Maxmiler Pro from GT Radial is a great choice for route vans, service vans, or P&D trucks that see a lot of stop-and-start driving and need to stay on the road year-round in all kinds of weather conditions. The Maxmiler Pro is designed with a long-wearing tread formulation and a heavy-duty reinforced sidewall for excellent load ratings and an optimized square footprint that puts the most rubber possible in contact with the road for improved braking, wear properties, handling, and traction. A rubber bead cushion helps to stabilize the GT Radial Maxmiler Pro, and enhances ride quality while guarding against damage and encouraging long, even wear. The all-season tread design of the Maxmiler Pro includes circumferential grooves that divert water away from the tire’s contact patch to resist hydroplaning and a dense network of sipes that are optimized to improve traction in winter conditions. This tire stands out with a commendable SimpleScore of 7.5, featuring a 7.9 for durability, a 7.4 for longevity, and a 7.5 for traction.

A high-tensile steel belt package gives the Maxmiler Pro the durability it needs for long miles or the occasional trip to rough, unimproved job sites. The Maxmiler Pro is an excellent choice for vehicles like the Nissan NV400, Ford Transit, Chevrolet Express, GMC Envoy, Chevrolet Colorado, and many others.

GT Radial Maxmiler ST

GT Radial Maxmiler ST

Trailer owners and operators know how important it is to use a trailer tire that’s dependable and stable, and the Maxmiler ST from GT Radial is a great choice for intermediate-weight trailer duties. The Maxmiler ST is designed with radial construction, including high modulus steel belts with a tough polyester casing and jointless nylon cap ply for excellent load capacity, and high-speed stability.

Robust shoulder blocks help with wear properties and handling, and its reinforced sidewalls give the Maxmiler ST excellent load handling ability as well as reduce trailer sway and wander. The GT Radial Maxmiler ST would make a great trailer tire for medium commercial trailers such as equipment haulers, or for livestock, boat, or RV trailers. This tire stands out with a commendable SimpleScore of 7.8, featuring an 8.5 for durability, a 7.5 for longevity, and a 7.5 for traction.

Other GT Radial Maxmiler tires

In addition to the above tires, the GT Radial Maxmiler family of tires also includes the:

GT Radial Maxmiler CX: Good all-season choice for smaller delivery trucks, service trucks, route vans in regional service. The Maxmiler CX features a tough nylon cap, and steel belt package for durability, yet saves on fuel thanks to its low rolling resistance design. Sipes, slanting edge grooves, and circumferential grooves ensure year-round performance and traction.

GT Radial Maxmiler Ice: A Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified tire for severe winter service. The Maxmiler Ice is designed with a directional winter tread pattern with sweeping angled grooves that easily shed accumulated snow and slush, and help resist hydroplaning by diverting water behind the tire’s contact patch. A dense network of sipes multiplies the tread’s surface area, and traction with hundreds of extra biting edges to slice through snow and slush. The Maxmiler Ice is pre-drilled for easy installation of studs (where permitted) in case of icy conditions. Extra-deep tread depth of 13/32”; softer, specialized winter tread formulation is not for use when temperatures are above 40-45 degrees F.

  • GT Radial Maxmiler WT: A commercial winter tire designed with a specialized winter tread compound, and directional winter tread with sweeping, angled grooves, innovative groove pattern, and a dense network of sipes for winter traction. Sweeping angled grooves easily self-clean accumulated snow and slush and resist hydroplaning by routing water behind the tire’s contact patch. The Maxmiler WT is not pre-drilled for installation of studs and is not suitable for use when temperatures are above 40-45 degrees F. Good choice for medium-duty and light-duty service trucks, P&D vans, and route vans.

  • GT Radial Maxmiler WT-1000: The WT-1000 is an upgraded version of the Maxmiler WT winter tire that features a combination of circumferential, open shoulder grooves and slanted lateral grooves in its directional winter tread pattern for excellent grip and self-cleaning. Winter traction is rounded out by a network of sipes and a specialty tread formulation that stays flexible for grip in subfreezing weather. The multi-pitch tread of the WT-1000 is randomized and computer tuned to help keep road noise low by canceling certain frequencies and overtones. Like all winter tires, the tread formulation of the Maxmiler WT-1000 will wear quickly on warmer days; this tire should not be used if temperatures are above 40-45 degrees F.
